its been almost a year since i last posted an entry and gosh. time really flies. as i browsed thru my previous posts, i realized how much my life has changed. i'm in a different school, doing different things (academics/CCAs) with a totally new group of friends. i probably cant sum up ALL the changes in this post but one thing for sure is UNI LIFE IS SOOO AWESOME! at least for now. this past 6 months have been sooo amazing!
let me start of by saying why i'm back. well, its 6.15am and i just woke up (well, about 1.5hrs ago; slept super early last night). have to set up some lame blog for my chinese project so i guess... why not update my personal one too? well, its been a gazillion years since i updated and i kinda missed blogging. :D i wanna try to keep a photo diary. maybe post a few pictures daily (well, a picture speaks a thousand words rite?) cuz this is sure one period in my life i wud really love to remember. :D
hmm. where to start/re-start.. its the second day of week 7 sem 2. recess week just ended (too eventfully for my liking :p) and its mid-terms this week and next. my sheares hall experience is just... WOW. haha. made two wonderful group of friends through Sheares softball and SP sets,oh! and a superly awesome neighbour! <3<3 them ttm! its so unlike JC. less drama, less bitching, less everything evil.. er, not pleasant. <3<3 cant imagine wad hall life wud be like without them. :D
which brings me to my next point.. i think the most important thing i've learnt so far (since uni started) is to be thankful for all the small things that happen. good/bad... doesnt matter. happiness and hopefulness spreads. seriously. it just has to start from ONE person. and it spreads. faster than wildfire. and u feel so good knowing that u've made the day of at least one person. my natural "blur-ness" is finally an asset! yes! haha. jk jk. never underestimate the power of a smile/laugh! :D
ok. enuf reflection and back to reality.. i have bio lab today! grrr. i hate labs! seriously! i highly doubt my ability to be a good science teacher cuz uni really killed my interest in the subject. 6/7 hr labs? who u kidding.. no.. who u KILLING? ahhh. thank god no lab reports for LSM or i'll just X.X! waaa. my geography. i am absolutely 100% sure that I wud be much happier majoring in it. how do i know? cuz i've taken almost the same number of geog mods as chem and i'm loving it sooooo much more! grr. laziness kills. cant believe i didnt major in geog cuz i tot i'd be lazy to read and mark geog essays! how imma-ture i was! ahh. but no point complaining. cant be changed so might as well TRY to embrace it. just 3 more years....... and the rest of my life. -.- zzz
k. i gotta stop here. gonna prepare for the day. i'd try to keep to my 'resolution' of keeping a photo blog. :D see ya peeps.
